How do I upload my photos?
On every page that offers personalised photos magnets, you will find an 'upload a file' button. This will take you to a pop up box that accesses programs you are logged in to (camera roll, Google Photos etc).
Why do I need to crop my photo?
To avoid disappointment, it is important that you crop your image to your desired framing. The website will automatically prompt you to do this. Simply move the corner guides in or out to showcase your feature image. This is what I will print.
When will I get my order?
I will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please visit the Shipping Policy page for more details.
Are all purchases final?
Due to the handmade nature of my products, all sales are final at payment. If there are any errors in your ordering process, please contact me as soon as possible, as I endeavour to have all sales shipped within 72 hours.
What is the return policy?
My goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let me know and i'll do my best to work with you to make it right.
