Thank you for choosing Celebrate with Carlene. Every item is custom made in Melbourne with care to detail and sent to you with excitement to bring your memories back to life.

1. Returns and Refunds

Due to the personalisation of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect in anyway (wrong image, printing issue) please contact us within 7 days with the following:

• Your order number
• A clear photo showing the issue
• A brief description

We do not take responsibility for poor image quality (low resolution, pixelated, blurry, or screenshots) . We print what you upload, so please make sure you upload the best quality image you have and check any text before placing your order. 

2. Order Process

As mentioned above, we print what you upload. Please ensure you have the best quality image that is cropped to what you want. Due to the quick turnaround for production, if you have made any errors, please contact us immediately (within 2 hours) to resolve. Once production has started, changes cannot be made. 

3. Social Media Permission 

From time to time, I like to update my social media with videos and images of me creating orders. At checkout there will be a button that defaults to giving permission for me to share non-identifying aspects of your order on social media. 

To opt out, please select NO at check out. 

4. Bulk Orders

Bulk orders can be placed from our bulk orders page, or by contacting me via the website or hello@celebratewithcarlene.com.au 

• Orders need to be paid in full before production
• Flat rate shipping does not apply. I will provide you with a quoted invoice. 

5. Licensed Content

Due to copywriting laws, we cannot produce any materials with licensed products. (i.e sports team logos, movie characters, Disney, Marvel etc) If you upload these, your order will be cancelled and refunded. 

6. Intellectual Property

Your images are your images. Unless you have given permission to share on social media, they will only be used to create your order. Images are deleted from the system after 30 days. 

7. Privacy

Your personal information is used to process your order and stay in touch. We will never sell or share your details. 

8. Event interruption

If you have booked our services for an event, a 50% non-refundable deposit for the date will be made at the time of booking. We do not offer a change of heart. We can, however, offer a change of date, if we are available.
