Where are my magnets made?

Our orders are made in, and shipped from Melbourne, Australia.

How much is shipping?

I offer flat-rate shipping costs with Australia Post to ensure that shipping is transparent and affordable. This cost covers not only the freight cost, but my packaging and time.

You can choose between standard Parcel Post and Express Post.

Due to the weight of bulk orders, they are not included in flat rate shipping. I will provide a quote for you.

When will I get them?

From the moment you press purchase, I aim to have your order made and shipped to you within 72 hours.

Why might it take longer?

As most orders are custom made and/or personalised to your requests, this timeline may slightly change, especially during busy periods (business launch, sales, holidays or bulk orders). If you have a concern about a strict timeline, please contact me at hello@celebratewithcarlene.com.au to discuss if I can get it to you in time.

How will I know they are on their way?

You will receive a confirmation email from my website, then tracking information from Australia Post.

Parcel Post - Estimated delivery: 2-8 business days after dispatch (depending on your metro or regional location)

Express Post - Estimated delivery: 1-3 business days after dispatch (depending on your metro or regional location)

Who will deliver them to my door?

Orders are sent using Australia Post. Unfortunately once I have dropped them at the post office, I have no control over postal or courier delays.
